The annual meeting of stockholders of Community Bank of Pleasant Hill, a Missouri banking corporation (the “Bank”), will be held at the Bank’s principal banking house, 2401 North 7 Highway, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to elect seven (7) directors to serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders and to consider any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
