The Cass County, Missouri Commission intends to purchase equipment which it believes is only available from a single feasible source regarding security upgrades to the Cass County Justice Center. The County Commission intends to purchase from CI3 Integrators (its current security system vendor) the following: 1.Wonderware jail security system: Provide and install the devices to convert the existing Wonderware jail system from local workstation servers to a centralized server to thin client Windows 10 PC located at the existing stations(includes new modules for the jail expansion); Provide full programming conversions and graphical interface form the existing system to the  new system.  2. Harding Jail Intercom System: Provide and install devices to convert the existing Harding Intercom jail system from the existing obsolete DXI system to the new VoIP DXI system; Provide full programming conversions and graphical interface form the existing system to the  new system. 3. Avigalon CCTV System Replacement of Existing FLIR System: Provide and install devices to convert the existing FLIR CCTV system to the new Avigalon CCTV System; Provide full programming conversions and graphical interface form the existing system to the  new system. 4. Security Expert Access Conversion from the Existing Continuum Access Control System: Provide and install devices to convert the existing Continuum access control system to the new Security Expert access System; Provide full programming conversions and graphical interface form the existing system to the new system.
